Herbal and Vibrational Medicines

One of my greatest loves in this life, beside my family, is for the plant beings. My deep connection to the plant spirits has been alive in me since my earliest memories as a little girl picking huckleberries with my great grandfather, or lilacs at my great grandmother's house. My nana taught me about the beauty of the flowers and always kept them in her house. She was also one of the greatest creators in the kitchen that I’ve ever met… no recipes needed! The love of plants and being a creatrix has been passed down to me by my ancestors, for which I’m forever grateful. My wish in this life is to honor them by continuing on the traditions of plants as medicine; medicine of the body, heart, and soul. I love to make medicine, both in my kitchen with the food plants, and in my apothecary. 

My herbal and vibrational medicines are all handmade in small batches. Each one is made with the ingredients that we grow on our farm, free from any pesticides or chemicals, harvested sustainably in the wild, or purchased from a trusted source. In addition to creating these medicines, I love to plant and germinate seeds, both physically and energetically. I am a small farmer who tends to our family homestead, Lovehub Farm, alongside my husband and two kiddos. Caring for our land, having my hands in the soil, is one of my favorite things. It brings me so much joy! On our little farm, we grow food, medicinals, and pollinator plants. Many of the things I grow are used in my herbal and vibrational medicines. In my first in-depth herbal program, I have fond memories of going out into the forest and choosing a plant to make a flower essence with and sitting and communing with the spirit of that plant. This encounter with the spirit of violet and blackberry was life-changing, and I’ve never looked at a plant the same again. I believe these beings are sentient and have wisdom that is beyond measure, and this wisdom has been passed down from as far back as we can imagine in planetary history. 

All of my medicines are made with prayer and love on a land that is tended to with great reverence and gratitude!
