My journey through this life has been one for the books, starting in utero, throughout my childhood, and beyond into my adult life. One day, I hope to write a book about it! Like many others, there were so many roads leading to choices that could have changed the course of my life in unimaginable ways. Through all of this, I was supported and guided by my greatest gifts, my intuition and sensitivity. From the earliest moments, I can remember this force within me that always had a deep knowing of information about myself, those around me, the world at large, and the higher realms that others weren’t always tuned into. I spent a good deal of my teens and 20’s trying to deny these gifts, and living my life in a way that wasn’t in alignment with my true self. It wasn’t until I became a mother in 2011 that I had a profound remembering and began to return to my true nature, and my life changed dramatically from that point forward. 

With the beautiful initiation of birthing my daughter, I began my journey of self-healing. This is where my studies in the healing arts began. I started to study herbalism and stone medicine, and use these medicines for myself and my family. After the birth of my second child, my son, in 2015, I descended into the abyss of postpartum mood disorder. I emerged on the other side with a readiness to dig deeper into my healing, uncovering in that dark landscape all the places within myself that needed tending to. It was at this time that I met my mentor and teacher and began a comprehensive study of both energy and herbal medicine. The study of these subtle medicines gave me a setting to fine tune my intuitive abilities and was the launching point for a nearly decade-long inquiry of various modalities, teachings, and technologies in the healing arts, and the wisdom of the wisdom keepers. It’s this journey of self-healing and inquiry that has brought me here, with the ability and desire to support others the same way I was supported and guided along the way. 

Before all this, in what feels like a whole lifetime ago, I graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Environmental Geography and spent nearly a decade working as a water keeper in San Diego. I had a very strong desire to “protect" the waters and the earth. It wasn’t until my initiation into the Andean Cosmovision in 2018 that I began to understand my desire was more of a longing to reconnect and be in a conscious relationship with our beloved Earth mother, and in connection to my nature family. I have been on the path of the initiate in the lineage of Andean Nature Wisdom ever since, deepening my relationship with Pachamama, Wiraqocha, and the mighty nature beings every day. I am a perpetual student of this lineage and bring these teachings and technologies into my work.
